Return Policy

At Arctic Leopard, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help—subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and components must be included
Items that show signs of use, damage, or modification are not eligible for return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Used products
- Products with signs of wear, damage, or modification
- Final sale or clearance items
- Special orders or custom products
- Products shipped via freight that have already been delivered and accepted
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
5. Inspection & Approval
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
We reserve the right to approve or deny returns based on condition and eligibility.
6. Refunds
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection
7. Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%, depending on the product condition and return reason.
8. Exchanges & Replacements
If your product is defective or damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/videos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or repair where applicable.
9. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled before shipment only

- Cancelled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
10. Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused:
- The customer may be responsible for return shipping and restocking fees
- Refunds (if applicable) will be adjusted accordingly
