Refund & Return Policy

• All sales are final once an order ships — no returns for change of mind, fit, or buyer's remorse.
• Cancellations allowed before shipping, with a 5% cancellation fee.
• Damaged or defective on arrival: report within 48 hours with photos; handled through the warranty, not a return.
• Any return we approve as an exception: up to 30% restocking fee, item unused/original packaging, customer pays return shipping; refund 5–10 business days after inspection.
