All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may vary during high-demand periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

  • ADD TO CART / IN STOCK: 3–7 business days from USA warehouse
  • PREORDER / RESERVE NOW: 4–6 weeks direct from the factory.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product size and weight
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Promotional or free shipping offers may apply to select products or regions.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Delays & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, freight providers, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to incorrect information:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply
  • Delivery times may be extended

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the product and packaging

If your shipment is lost in transit:

  • Contact us so we can assist with a claim
